Today's hearing was powerful. It is difficult to see how anyone can possibly dispute the conclusions. But undoubtedly the extremists will.

Jeri, from time to time I watch Fox just to see what they are saying. That's what I did for 10 minutes today. And now I see for sure where my one family member gets his 'information'.

It was sickening, but it made me wonder if I would find it so if I were already convinced they were right. I HOPE I would know to check my facts, because in real life I am a big believer in digging for truth before spouting things that turn out to be garbage.

But in a heated phone conversation the other night, said family member responded to "Please go check it out" with "I don't believe them. They all lie."

With such a mindset as that, I see no light at the end of the tunnel.
