I don't know - but I've learned more about the American political system in the last few years than I ever wanted to know .... Primaries, Electoral College, Electors, Super Majorities, filibusters, Executive Orders, Congressional Committees, Congressional Districts, recalls, gerrymandering ... and on and on ... talk about 'wearying' ... !
