Your original post said, '6 would be from the United States.' So my statement might be a a load of crap. If I wasn't a nice guy I could try an rationalize my mistake by saying:

1 in 6 - too young to vote(br> 1 in 6 - non-whites who are in prison or with a false or undeserved criminal record
2 in 6 - not enough faith in the system to vote
1 in 6 - not bright enough to understand the ballot
1 in 6 - voting Republican or Democrat while deluding themselves that it really matters
