Good for you, Susan. Like Jon, I was talking in general terms. I don't email people about their questions, though I always answer here if I am able, and will happily do anything I can to help if 2x202 returns to this thread. I do understand that not everyone finds it easy to follow some of the procedures here, but the golden rule of every information site or newsgroup I've ever used has been to read the FAQ before posting; it isn't difficult unless the questioner isn't used to English, and in the long run it saves time and effort.
