Which countries believe this and which do not? As China is by far the largest country in the world, do they believe this? Or India, the second largest? Or Pakistan? Or Russia? I think you mean that some powerful western nations espouse this rather than the majprity of countries but that is just a guess. You made the claim. You prove it. We need facts, not speculation!
