How will the vote counters check that:
* Nobody is standing behind the voter, telling them to vote?
* The vote as received is the vote as cast?
* Nobody has compromised the counting machines?
* The vote tallying machines are honest?
* The voters' home machines haven't been compromised?
.... and that's just for starters.
