Yes, you are right, it is incorrectly labelled on the text file that accompanied the Italian recording on Dime. The song is a fine Nic original, see https://mainlynorfolk.info/nic.jones/songs/ruinsbytheshore.html maybe one of his first on record, also to be found on the "In Search of..." compilation, perhaps even this Italian performance (not compared at this time...)
