I'm alternate day fasting (meaning about 500 calories tops on "fasting" days) and 1200 on regular days. Today I have a couple of hundred calories left to play with for dinner and I'll repeat the last fasting dinner - slicing fresh mozzarella (2 ounces gives me about 8 slices), with basil from the garden and 8 split cherry tomatoes from the garden. Drizzle with a little olive oil and Balsamic vinegar. It's a very light meal, but quite satisfying. (I'm down to the last six pounds to lose, and it seems to be going slow, but it is going.)
