The late Robertson Davis is speaking on CBC radio at the moment. He talked earlier in the program about ancient Greek elections where eveyone picked a white or a black ball and tossed it into a jar. Then a priest would grab a handful of mixed coloured balls and toss them into the jar so that the gods had a vote. Looks like the priests of American politics tossed brother Bush's white balls into the voting jar before the count.
