Marr asked: You [Tories] are deep, deep in the doo-dah, aren’t you?

Lord Vaizey replied: “I think that’s fair to say. I think the situation is suboptimal, I think is probably the phrase that I’m searching for."

"Suboptimal." I absolutely LOVE that!
