I think I should say more about the finger recovery robot. It is a glove, and when turned on, it gently opens and closes your fingers, over and over. Perhaps it can be programmed to do other moves, I don't know. You can see it on Amazon.

RE: music. How about a small xylophone or marimba? A friend gave me one once, and I got a surprising amount of musical pleasure out of it.
