This is such an old thread, I don't know if anybody's interested anymore. The version I remember was a jump-rope rhyme, and it seems to me now pretty straight-out about infanticide: "Mammy's got a new born ba-by./Wrap it up in tissue paper/Throw it down the elevator/Mammy don't want her baby no more/ First floor, STOP. Second floor STOP, etc."
