Against all historic norms, the Democrats held their own against an expected Republican tidal wave. The biggest loser Donald Trump was probably the catalyst for the re-emergence of reason along with a rejection of violent politics.

Zuckerberg has lost a hundred billion dollars and Musk had to sell Tesla stock to manage his Twitter debt. The gravity of reason is pulling America back from the cliff. In recent years money has been given citizenship and free speech but now it's time to pay the piper.
