Me sarcastic Nathan... Never would I steep so low.

Jon, apparantly they had to see a man about a dog, then order a part in, then pass it on to another man, who then ummed and arhhhhed. Kept it in the cupboard for a week or two... Then remembered where he'd put it, popped round the corner for the part and then told us it was ready.

It's a lap top, and the wires in the lid had been severed from the main section and a huge part had broken inside.

But I don't know why it took so long either!
