Shamima Begum was lured/trafficked (if you like) at the age of 15 (should I repeat that for emphasis?) to join Islamic State. Within days she was "married off" to an IS fighter who was in his mid-20s. In a short time, she had three babies, all of whom died. The Tory government has stripped her of her citizenship, and, whilst that prevails, she can never come home, and must spend her life, as in the last eight years, in a refugee camp.

Other nations whose children joined IS are gradually allowing them to come home. But not the UK. I think that this is abhorrent. Shamima is no security threat, as the government has lied that she is, and she has the potential to do a great job back here in educating other young people as to how they can avoid extremism. But, as ever, Suella Braverman knows best.
