I have had experience of someone very close being bullied and it annoys me no end when spurious accusations of bullying are thrown around. Not all harrasment is bullying. Crying 'Bully' for everything detracts from the true nature of bullying and does real victims no good at all. Your link took me to this article which explains quite clearly the difference between bullying, harassment and assault.
