It is equally not useful to accept "claims of bullying without evaluating the situation carefully, clearly and without prejudice". The term bullying has become severely and often incorrectly overused. It is not strongly disagreeing, arguing forcefully or even harrasing but something far more insidious and damaging. The more the term is abused, the less credibility true victims have.
