If you don't know the answer, don't chase people away from Mudcat. We are not a copyright clearance site, but we can often put people in touch with songwriters so you can get copyright permission. Jim McLean watches most threads about his songs, and Mudcat IS a good place for people to get copyright permission for folk genre songs that aren't listed on the major licensing organizations. We put people in direct, personal contact with the songwriters - and we have done this for years.
