I don't usually turn on the MSNBC folks in the morning, but today we have two Trump-caused crises looming: anti-abortion advocates went judge-shopping and found one of his appointees in Amarillo, TX, to try to overturn FDA approval of Mifepristone, while mid-size huge banks totter because Trump cut out important features of the Dodd-Franks bill that would have prevented this.

Biden needs to do something about expanding the Supreme Court. Or impeach a criminal-class judge who Trump appointed and Clarence Thomas should never have been approved. That one's on Biden, whichever way you look at it.
