Most likely this is "Piers the Ploughman".
The poem helped inspire John Ball to incite the revolt. "Haume" may be Hobbe, as there is a reference in a letter Ball wrote. “stondeth togidre in Godes name, and biddeth Peres ploughman go to his werk, and chastise wel Hobbe the Robbere,”.
