Oh blimey - I thought it was another bad news thread! I hadn't noticed the Lyr Req bit. Phew!!!
Don't know a 60s song - but it's similar to a bit of London Calling by the Clash (The ice age is coming, the sun is zooming in, engines stop running and the wheat is growing thing etc..... the whole song ).
I know that's not a lot of good to you - but I just wonder whether the Clash song was conciously echoing an earlier song??
