My first verse does not fit the ABCB rhyme scheme and, on reflection, I think it comes from another rhyme:

My mother has a beat in Piccadilly.
My sister has another in the Strand.
My father flogs his arsehole round the Elephant & Castle.
We're the finest f__ing family in the land.
