Lincoln Mayorga, who was Phil Ochs's piano player when Ochs toured behind his A&M Records albums ("Pleasures of the Harbor," "Rehearsals for Retirement," "Tape from California"), has died. Mayorga also had a distinguished and eclectic career as a classical and jazz pianist.
