I was hoping this would be televised but no sign of it - maybe it will be some day. So I finally got round to listening. And I was startled: she had an orchestral backing! She'd been smoothed down, made more familiar to the proms audience.

I've seen Mariza live several times, but always with her own backing group. Here she had an accordian, Spanish guitar, Portuguese guitar, bass and drums. When the orchestra shut up it was much better - and appreciated more by the the usual substantial Portuguese contingent in the audience.
