Dave...you were mentioning damage from steroidal and antibiotic treatment....Along with Crohn's (which has been in remission for over 4 years), I also have Addison's disease. Therefore, I HAVE to have steroids daily, for the rest of my life, in order to survive. I take 30 mg daily of hydrocortisone or cortef. I have been taking this for 2 1/2 years. Is this type of steroid as dangerous as others? If so, I don't think there's much of anything that I can do about it because I do have to take them. I'd really like to hear your opinion on this, so if you could please reply, I'd appreciate it!
