You'll find a really nice color chart here at HTML Goodies. I suppose it is "more correct" to use the hexadecimal number codes for numbers, but I find the words usually work and are far easier to use (hex numbers have always driven me batty). Note that specifications are often the same in various HTML tags - several can use COLOR=XXX or BGCOLOR=XXX, WIDTH=XXX% (you can use numbers, but percentages work slick with this), ALIGN=(right, left, center), SIZE=XXX.
