Trump is using inciting language that his former attorney Michael Cohen calls "mob boss talk." It's the "meddlesome priest" that Don mentioned, I've heard that same line used by Neal Katyal and Andrew Weissmann to describe the way Trump indicates he wants things done. His rhetoric speaks volumes.
