I wish I knew Bill. I tried asking a couple of times in the Paltalk Help rooms but all I got was the "download again and re-install with no other program running" - I couldn't get an answer on how someone failing to install could get tech help when their automated system which is the only e-mail support I have managed to access does not provide a solution.I get pissed off with it. The companies don't seem to care that a certain percentage of people can't access thier service - I guess they see themselves as making enough money. What's the answer though, all Mudcatters boycott Paltalk? - doubt that would have any impact...
I just continue to keep looking for alternatives and PT still seems to be the best option for the majority - I just hope that something better (possibly even from them) turns up.
