AS the dear old Queen Mum used to say about grief:
"It doesn't get any better, you get better at it"

Family are the first base but .......... my advice to anyone recently bereaved would be to get out and mingle. Walking clubs etc.
CRUSE can help. When I knew a helper** they were happy to help with LBTQ and pets etc, but it is not for everyone.
