Plain Dealer (Cleveland, O.) (May 23 1913), p. 14:

"I wear my pink pajamas in the summer, when it's hot;

I creep right in between the sheets with nothing on at all!"

The Arkansas Democrat (Little Rock) (May 15, 1915), p. 6, has the same, but with "dive" for "creep."
