I made the interesting mistake of having the sound muted all the way off
when recently surfing through television channels.

And what to my wondering eyes should appear,
but Donald Trump before a live audience somewhere.

Silent, mind you. The audience was obviously giving sustained applause.
And Trump stood there grinning like the Cheshire Cat
and vibrating as though he were purring like one as well.
An unforgettable image.

And no, I didn't turn the sound on, in response.
