I do not blame the media for calling Trump's base merely as his supporters. Actually, his base identify themselves as Spiritual Warriors by religious indoctrination preachers and Gen. Flynn as Christian Nationalists. Decades of home-schooling have been churning out these obedient fascists. They now number as many as one in three voters. To publicize them primarily by their cult religion would throw a monkey wrench of stigmatizing or victimizing Trump Christians, although the teaching of Jesus is far from their faith. They come in various groups such as Qanon and numerous Christian denominations but 'where they go one they go all' as their chant goes.
