Old Possum: Thanks for the tip re Wayback Machine. At this time (22 Jan 24) it seems to be all there, thankfully! I'm very grateful to whoever put it there, I used to check periodically on the website but as we know it became unavailable some time ago. It's such a great resource, it would be a shame to lose it completely!
