Thread Name: Film - Terry's Lute (Terry Philpot)
Subject: RE: Film - Terry's Lute
No luck finding an online copy, but a slightly longer description, from Film Canadiana (1976-77) reports it was a 28 minute film produced on 16mm color film. Production credits goes to Douglas Ganton Films. Various production credits were given as French abbreviations, so I can't do much more than guess, but include a heavy smattering of Mr. Ganton as well as Terry Philpott (the titular luthier), Paul Quigley, Paul Coombe, Film House, and Chris Stone. A longer bio reads:

"A young Ontario artisan, while producing a 16th century lute, talks of his craft and philosophy, in an old settler's barn filled with antique machinery he has collected." (Film Canadiana 1976-77, Entry 0712, p. 69)

It looks like it was picked up by Canadian Reflections (CBC) -- perhaps you could contact them: https://www.cbc.ca/archives
