I loved seeing McGinty in Halifax. They played at the Lord Nelson and every summer of my tour guiding days 1981-1990 I would try to see them. When my son ws born we took him to Nova Scoria as a wee infant, and had to chase down McGinty before finally catching them in Halifax in 2005 and Sydney (I think) in 2006.
