I regard arts funding as a gravy train. It is throwing money away with very little result.
Do you seriously expect to get a payment for throwing a tantrum? If you desire change use the ballot box. But first you need to ban all votes that cannot be clearly identified. (There goes the postal vote, and the democrats)
