Darlington Folk Workshop
",,,was started by Tony Foxworthy (English Folk Dance and Song Society's North East Area rep.) in 1964.

We were in the Golden Cock until 1967,
and the Boot & Shoe until 1971
when we moved to the Britannia Inn (aka The Brit)
and stayed there 50 years until August 2021;

,,,We have now relocated to the upstairs room at the Travellers Rest pub in Cockerton"
