This novelty was perpetrated on the public during the heights of the Scottish tartan 'heather and hills and haggis', music season, which ran for many decades.   You will want to shoot a haggis after, or an accordion player.   You will though, be whistling the refrain. Personally, as a Scottish Highlander - I never go near haggis, it is the devil's food.
