As you know I came to Mudcat to try and get into some Doc Watson music and I've found that not all of it is hard. You just have to listen to the people who've already learned it. Then you steal from THEM.

I have a question. WHEN do you substitute these 'fancy' chords for the simple ones that most of us mere mortals know?
