It froze marvy. Have not tried that other recipe.

Brought goose foie gras back from France. Eating it on celery sticks.

Confit-ed garlic when I made duck legs by putting one layer of cloves all around the duck legs. Drool.

What are y'all cooking? I thought after an absence there'd be ideas here...
