If I remember correctly, the commercial is for some B&B/travel type of service. The gist of the commercial is that if you use one of the rival services, you'll end up in the sort of place and among the sort of people that are apparently evoked by the song I's the B'y, whereas if you use the advertised service, you will end up in far superior places and among far superior people.
