19th and early 20th century texts nearly always have "Aha!" or "Ha ha!" rather than the now standard "(And) away!"

Newspapers and poetasters often referred to the Missouri River as "the wild Missouri" in the 1830s, '40s, and '50s, but only rarely as "the wide Missouri."
