Maggie and I have been in Cape Breton during Celtic Colours a few years and it is definitely a wonderful festival. It is not only one location, but it seems every restaurant, hall, church, flea market... had down east music being presented. We got a room at a B&B in central Cape Breton and attended as many venues as we could fit in.
