Tim,
If you copy/paste the ABC from my post (from the 'X' to the double pipe '||') into the page at the link I gave (replacing what is already there in the white box), it will convert it to stave notation, but also give (below the white box) a playback option using MIDI.
You may want to slow the beat in the white box to the right of the playback bar, I think reduce the '100' to about '60'
