I've just discovered this thread as I'm writing a memoir and want to use some of the lyrics because it was one of my favourite Joan Baez songs and relates to my own story (although the meaning for me is different to those mentioned above).
I still can't seem to find the answer regarding copyright. There appears to be some discrepancy regarding when it will go into the public domain - it says 2007 in some places and not until 2044 in others. Not sure where to go to try and find a more accurate answer.
Anyone out there have ay further ideas or knowledge?
