And assuming he loses, there are all sorts of other cases in the queue ready to go; the Justice Department policy of not pursuing cases close to the election has been in effect, though less so than some years. Ever since Comey put out a release about Hillary's aid's computer a couple of weeks before the election we've all know that policy has holes in it.
Anyway, the dominoes are lined up, a whole bunch of them are in play (early voting) and we'll see where they fall tomorrow.
