Looks that way. Independents got a huge boost, Labour a little one; Greens (who were superb in power, leading to a leap forward in climate moderation) were punished by the voters for the actions of their constantly sniping-at-them coalition partners; Social Democrats (left-wing, steady) got a boost too.
Sinn Fein got a very substantial boost with the most No 1 votes of any party, but they don't tend to be transfer-friendly, which in Ireland's Proportional Representation, Single Transferable Vote system means that they could sink back.
