Trying to regroup today and prioritize health habits, as the new year gets close. Although more flexible and active than many of my compadres, still don't do well enough on the rise-from-kneeling test, which is a predictor of dire outcomes such as busted hips etc.   So, gotta target serious core strength, and whatever I can to ward off skin cancer outbreaks, weight, yada yada, boring health resolutions. My slender friend is about to start her traditional January veggie & fruit routine; nothing not from nature, nothing with a face. Yikes. It works for her, she looks great, but no can do.

I did go to Old Mesilla one time, but I guess it was just post covid crisis because most things were closed. Looking forward to much more exploring once I have a smaller vehicle. There are a lot of interesting small hamlets between El Paso and Cruces that you never see except when I-10 becomes impossible to use.

Regarding the ebay return, while the postal clerk scanned the package in immediately, and that showed up in a missive from Ebay, nothing since, and it's been over a week. Perhaps things that looked like gifts got prioritized for delivery rather than an unwrapped lawn tool going to a business, I hope so. I can't check my credit card transactions because this year's software change blocked me from seeing them. Recent changes demand me key in lots of personal info which the credit union has had for many years, seemed so scammy I didn't proceed. Sigh. Yet another crapification of a process that worked fine before being 'improved'.
