IMO, there's nobody who can touch Dick Gaughan's rendition of "Westlin Winds".
Dougie Maclean does a great job on several Burns songs, notably "Green Grow The Rashes-O" & "Banks & Braes". Some more of Dougie's Burns songs can be found on his excellent 'Tribute' album.
