I don’t think I’ve ever eaten Lancashire cheese. Mmmmm, think I’m gunna have to scratch that itch. Is it smooth or crumbly (not a fan of crumbly cheese even though, in my late teens, I worked in a cheese dairy where we made Cheshire)?
